2021 Annual Tests
Valid through April 1, 2021
The UHSAA Lacrosse Test is now available on line.
In Arbiter, go to “CENTRAL HUB”.
Click on the “Testing” icon.
Click on “Take Test”
Click on the “Testing” icon.
Click on “Take Test”
Visit the Annual Tests page for more information and links to tests.
You all have 4 attempts at the test. A score of 85% or higher is required.
Complete on or before April 1, 2021
2021 ULOA Dues
Required of all officials receiving game assignments from the ULOA.
- $25 for all high school officials if paid by February 29th
- $30 if paid by March 15th
- $35 if paid by March 31st
- Game assignments will be removed until paid beginning April 1st.
How to pay your dues.
Cash: Accepted in person by any ULOA officer. Please do not mail.
Checks: Make payable to ULOA.
